Believe it or not, Ekopyro was founded by a young teenager named Maťo, who had a vision to save people money while offering high-quality fireworks, not just low-cost products.

Today, he and the entire team have been fulfilling this vision for 11 years, expanding not only across the region and neighboring countries but throughout Europe!

Claim, When will I receive a refund for my order return?:

We typically refund the payment within 30 business days from the moment we receive and approve the return.

You can change the payment method as long as the order status is "awaiting payment." Just contact our customer support, and we’ll be happy to assist you with the change!

We send the confirmation after our customer support team processes your order, which operates during standard business hours. Therefore, the confirmation may arrive the next business day after you place your order.

About us, Why Ekopyro? Is your pyrotechnics eco-friendly?:

The name Ekopyro came from the combination of "economical" and "pyrotechnics." It wasn’t about ecological pyrotechnics.

Let’s be honest, pyrotechnics themselves aren’t eco-friendly. However, as our company grows, so does its responsibility toward society and the environment. Very soon, we’ll introduce a plan to make Ekopyro truly eco-friendly. And don’t worry, it won’t be greenwashing—we promise!

About us, How long has Ekopyro been on the market?:

Our website ekopyro.sk was established in 2013 as a small family-run shop with an online store in the picturesque Turiec village of Blatnica. We have been on the market for 11 years, during which time we gradually moved our warehouses to Martin and, eventually, to the Czech Republic for legal reasons. Currently, we sell to almost all European countries and have tens of thousands of satisfied customers.

Products, Do you offer professional fireworks in categories F4, T2, and P2?:

We don’t, we haven’t, and we never will.

Since its founding, our site has focused only on fireworks available for public sale, specifically in categories F1, F2, F3, P1, and T1.

Products, Where can I buy professional fireworks in categories F4, T2, and P2?:

Definitely not from us.

Professional pyrotechnicians know where they can purchase such fireworks. This type of pyrotechnics is not meant for amateurs.

Legislation, What do I need to buy professional fireworks in categories F4, T2, and P2?:

You need a pyrotechnician’s license. The license can be obtained by completing a training course, which takes about a week, and passing the final exam.

Without a pyrotechnician’s license, it is not possible to purchase professional fireworks in categories F4, T2, and P2.

Legislation, When and where can I use fireworks?:

The legal regulations for using fireworks vary by country. Therefore, we recommend reviewing local regulations.

Shipping, Where can I find the courier’s phone number?:

To obtain the courier’s phone number, please contact the delivery company directly. You can find the tracking number and the name of the delivery company in the tracking information, confirmation email, or our chatbot can assist you with this.

Shipping, How many days does it take for my package/order to be delivered?:

Delivery usually takes 1 to 5 days depends on your country. Orders paid by card online are processed immediately, meaning if you choose this payment method, your order may be delivered sooner.

Stores, Personal Pickup, Where is personal pickup available?:

Personal pickup is not yet available in your country.

Shipping, Where do you ship the packages from?:

We are an entirely Slovak team; however, due to legal reasons, we had to move our operations to the Czech Republic. Therefore, all orders are shipped from the Czech Republic.

Contact, Why should I communicate with the chatbot?:

Unlike other companies that sell a consistent volume of goods throughout the year, ours sells most of its products in just one or two months. During this period, everyone wants to buy pyrotechnics—ideally as quickly as possible or even instantly.

Our customer support team cannot handle such an enormous volume of calls or reply immediately to a high volume of emails. Although we would love to hire more people to handle the demand during the season, we can’t, as there wouldn’t be enough work for them starting in January.

So, we decided to invest time and energy into our AI chatbot, which can help answer 95% of questions within seconds!
